1. Program Description
CareerRouter operates an SMS messaging program ("CareerRouter Job Alerts") to send job seekers text messages about employment opportunities from our hiring partner network. Messages may include job match notifications, interview invitations, follow-up communications, and opt-in confirmations.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to CareerRouter Job Alerts by:
- Submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website intake form
- Replying YES to an initial outreach message from CareerRouter
- Providing written consent at a hiring partner's location
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages from CareerRouter and our hiring partners at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity in our network and job availability in your area. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. CareerRouter reserves the right to send transactional messages (such as opt-out confirmations) outside of normal frequency limits.
4. Supported Keywords
You can text any of the following keywords at any time:

5. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CareerRouter does not charge for messages sent through this program. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
6. Supported Carriers
CareerRouter Job Alerts is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary. CareerRouter is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in information will be used by CareerRouter and our hiring partners solely for the purposes described in these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your mobile number to third-party data brokers.
