CareerRouter is a job matching platform that connects job seekers with companies (our "hiring partners") who are actively hiring for sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles. Our service is free for job seekers. We are compensated by hiring partners when placements are made.
CareerRouter is not an employer and does not guarantee employment. We facilitate introductions between candidates and hiring companies; all hiring decisions are made solely by our hiring partners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting your information, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:

6. No Employment Guarantee
CareerRouter does not guarantee that any job seeker will be matched with or hired by a hiring partner. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any job listing or hiring partner. All employment relationships are solely between the job seeker and the hiring company.
7. Third-Party Hiring Partners
When we share your information with hiring partners, those companies' own terms of service and employment policies apply. CareerRouter is not responsible for the actions or omissions of hiring partners.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on careerrouter.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CareerRouter and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerRouter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
